Forged AbroadFORGED COACHING

Starting again at 50?
My dad started at 61.

One-to-one coaching for men who've never trained, or haven't in twenty years. A programme written for your body, your gym and your week — and someone checking in so you actually stick to it.

He trained through a change of gym and a shoulder injury. He didn't do anything remarkable. He had a plan written for him, and somebody who noticed when he didn't turn up.

That's what this is.

IS IT FOR YOU

Honestly

FOR YOU IF

  • You're starting from nothing, or starting again — at any age
  • You've got a gym, or you're about to join one
  • You can train two or three times a week
  • You'd rather be told what to do than guess
  • You're worried about looking silly. He was too.

NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You want a six-week shred
  • You're after a diet plan for a medical condition
  • You want someone stood next to you in the gym — this is online
  • You won't fill in a check-in
HEALTH FIRST

Everyone completes a health screening before starting. If anything on it needs a doctor's view — heart, blood pressure, diabetes, recent surgery, medication — you'll need your GP's okay first. That's not paperwork for the sake of it. It's how you train for years instead of weeks.

THE PRICE

QUESTIONS

The ones men ask

I've got a bad back / knee / shoulder.

Most men our age have something. The programme is written around it, not in spite of it. If it's severe or recent, you'll get it checked first.

I've never been in a gym. Will I look stupid?

That was his biggest worry. You'll know exactly what to do before you walk in, which is most of the battle.

Why online and not in person?

Because you train when it suits you, at your gym, and it costs a fraction of a PT. Most of what a good coach does is the programme and the accountability, not standing next to you counting.

Who's actually coaching me?

Me. Ollie, Level 2 and Level 3 qualified personal trainer. I coach my dad every morning, and I'm taking on my first ten clients. You'll deal with me directly, not a team or an app.

What if it doesn't suit me?

Cancel before your next month. No awkward conversation needed.

Send me the word COACH on Instagram. I'll reply myself, and we'll see if it's right for you.
